Note the values for Mux 0 Gain and Mux 1 Gain for the TZS have probably changed from what they were previously. Perform another TZS. After the second TZS is complete, compare the gains for both Mux 0 Gain and Mux 1 Gain with those taken the first time. They should only vary slightly (by a delta of five or less). Try repeating this again if either mux has changed by five or more from previous values. Unless the FSIR parameters are saved to disk, these mux gains and sampling times remain in effect until the FSIR and frame are re-powered.
