Description:
Perfect-FOCUS™ is designed to clean and concentrate protein samples that give poor protein spot resolution during 2D electrophoresis. Protein samples containing interfering agents, including ionic detergents, metal ions, substrates, substrate analogs, inhibitors, and other charged molecules, routinely result in smeared or low resolution gels.Protein solutions are treated with Perfect-FOCUS™ that quantitatively precipitates the proteins, which are subsequently collected by centrifugation. The non-protein interfering agents are washed away and the protein pellet is ready to be solubilized in an appropriate sample loading buffer.The collected protein has conductivity <50µS and is substantially free from non-protein agents, which improves spot resolution and greatly reduces spot streaking.Perfect-FOCUS™ treated protein samples are compatible with mass spectrometry analysis and show identical peptide spectra.Store：18～25℃。
