[交流] not any progress

About for two months,I have been in the lab to complete a small project teacher offered me.At the beginning,the result of my research seems so-so.Thus,it gived me confidence to accomplish.But since the first day,to now,no matter how i change the method or the process,it always was the same result,not any progress.
During the months,i figured that if i kept on fighting for the goal it would at last come out.And in those days,especially in the night,i was looking for the second morning so that i could have a look on my works,and hoped there would be some unexpected results.Everyday i went to the lab with my imagination happily,but erveryday i got the same feeling,disappointed.
Now i am still working for it,but with less passion.As the time elapse,the passion become less and less.i am now wondering whether from the beginning i am wrong or it's a really difficult task for me.Now i am really down.If there were a little progress,i'll be better.
Tommorow wiil come in several hours,i have to do for it,however,not only on physical i'm tired,but much more frustrated on mental.
Anyway,i will stick on it.But the days could be a torture.Could you give me some advice?
