hMSCs were cultured in TheraPEAK MSCGM-CD Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium (Lonza Group Ltd, Switzerland). The cells were incubated at 37 C in a humid atmosphere containing 5% CO2 with the growth medium changed every two days. The cells were allowed to grow to about 75% confluence before use. The cultured cellswere detached by trypsinization, suspended in a fresh culturemedium and used for the designed experiments described below. The cells of passages 2 or 3 were used throughout the study. Mouse macrophage cells and 3T3 fibroblasts were routinely cultured in their preferredmedium(DMEMwith 10% fetal bovin serum,100 U/mL penicillin,100 mg/mL streptomycin). |

hMSCs加入无血清培养基（TheraPEAK MSCGM-CD Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium (Lonza Group Ltd, Switzerland)），在37℃以及含有5% CO2的环境下培养，每2天更换一次培养基。细胞长满瓶底大约75%前，用胰蛋白酶消化，最后悬浮在新鲜培养液中，用于接下来的实验。整个试验研究只用第2或第3代细胞。小鼠巨噬细胞和3T3纤维细胞按照常规培养方法在其的适合的培养基中培养（含有10%胎牛血清的DMEM，100 U/mL青霉素，100 mg/mL链霉素）。 我用意思来翻译的....希望有用 |

hMSCs被培养在TheraPEAK MSCGM-CD 间质干细胞生长介质中(Lonza Group Ltd, Switzerland)。细胞在37℃。潮湿以及含有5% CO2的环境下孵化，培养液每2天更换一次。细胞在进行下一步处理之前得长到满瓶底75%。培养的细胞用胰蛋白酶消化后悬浮在新鲜培养液中，用于接下来的实验设计。整个试验研究只用2或3代细胞。鼠巨噬细胞和3T3纤维母细胞常规培养在适合其的培养介质中（含有10%胎牛血清的DMEM，100 U/mL青霉素，100 mg/mL链霉素）。 |
