PhD Scholarships in colloid and interface areas in the University of Queensland

10 PhD Scholarships in applied colloid and interface areas in the University of Queensland Due to the strong Australian economics and our well known strength in the field, our research team is strongly supported by the industry in the world and Australian Research Council, and looking for 10 PhD students to start immediately: ¡¤ The behaviour of surfactants in saline water in the formation of froth: 2 PhD students. ¡¤ Manipulation of the clay rheology in copper and gold flotation: 2 PhD students. ¡¤ Species migration and electrochemistry in gold and silver processing: 3 PhD students. ¡¤ Modelling the action of gangue minerals in pulp and froth phases and designing novel polymers: 3 PhD students. All the students will work closely with industry and academics under a large interdisciplinary team to develop new knowledge and solve industry problems. All projects are collaborated between several universities and students will have a chance to travel nationally and internationally.
