【2011-09-30】EI-Journal征稿 Internet of Things Technology and Applications
|
|||||||
Advanced in Information Sciences and Service Sciences(An International Journal of Research and Innovation) Call for Topic Papers Internet of Things Technology and Applications in Information Sciences and Service Sciences Aim and scope: The "Internet of Things (IoT)", also known as the Internet of objects, refers to the networked interconnection of everyday objects. It is described as a self-configuring wireless network of sensors whose purpose would be to interconnect all things. The IoT disrupts with the today's Internet limitations of human-entered data: technologies like RFID, short-range wireless communications, real-time localization, and sensor networks empower computers to perceive the world for themselves. Standardized infrastructures capable of managing, sharing and processing this captured data will be necessary in order to bring the Internet of Things into commercial use. This topic attempts to open a window for the discussion and display of new insights in all areas of Internet of Things(IoT) technology, theory and applications. The technology and applications of IoT are very rapidly changing and updating, quick review, publication and distribution to researchers, developers, deployment engineers, technical managers, and educators are crucial. The TEiC(Topic Editors-in-Chief) ensures that the topic paper review process is in two weeks to be finished. This topic encourages internationally leading researchers and practitioners from both academia and industry to facilitate sharing of their research on IoT infrastructure, protocol, middleware and applications. The specific scope of interests of the Topic includes, but is not limited to, the following: * Novel services and applications using Internet of Things technology * Communication systems and network architectures for the Internet of Things * Discovery Service Architectures for the Internet of Things * Emerging Internet of Things business models and process changes * Experience reports from the introduction and operation of networked things in areas such as healthcare, logistics & transport, * Emerging applications and interaction paradigms for everyday citizens * Social impacts and consequences, such as security, privacy, opportunities and risks * Green by Internet of Things / Green of Internet of Things Technology * Design of future sustainable technologies linking the physical and virtual world * Smart Objects * RFID technology and its applications in Internet of Things * Wireless Sensor Networks * Wireless mesh networks and cognitive networks * Mobile Networks * Cloud Computing based Internet of Things technology theory and its applications * Peer-to-Peer(P2P) technology and its applications in Internet of Things * IPv6-based Internet of Things technology theory and its applications * Ubiquitous computing / pervasive computing * Other related topics Submission Guidelines: Please strictly follow the designated format for AISS (Template file: https://www.aicit.org/aiss/sample.doc). Submissions must be original work and cannot have been published elsewhere, nor can they be under concurrent review for publication by another conference or journal. Confidentiality of submissions is maintained during the review process. Papers will be evaluated by their originality, contribution and also their suitability to the topic. The papers should be submitted to the TEiC by email (aiss_journal_topic@yeah.net). The review process for the submitted papers will be very rigorous, at least by 2 experts in the field. The TEiC (Topic Editors-in-Chief) reserves the rights to refuse directly the submission that lacks originality, clarity or without the scope of this topic. All published topic papers will be cited to the international citation data bases like the other papers in the general issues. Accepted topic paper will be published in to the issue in 2-3 months after completion of the publication process. For earlier publication, please hurry up and complete the publication process. Please remember duplicated submission is strictly forbidden. Additional Information: The AISS journal is right now indexed by EI Compendex, SCOPUS, ProQuest, DBLP, DOI system, INSPEC, Google Scholar, EBSCO, etc.[ Last edited by xuhe2046 on 2011-9-5 at 15:10 ] |
