| 5. Super network design, allowed focusing on management aspect of IT without the unnecessary effort to understand different IT strategies as often existing in different or ganizations. 6. One IT strategy completely eliminated redundancy in interviewing end users, teachers, or administrative employees. 7. With small exceptions, all staff was located in manageable distance proximity in southern California, eliminating any effects based on different state and federal legislation as applied to companies located in two or more different states. The case study methodology used in this research with historical data analysis,interviews, observations, and participant observation made fundamental assumptions that all responses were honest, true, and based on personal experiences. Another major assumption made was the belief that non-technical administrative employees could express their experiences and observations with a significant level of detail to bring attention to the technical aspect of IT management. |
