The adaptive characteristics of the information allow establishing two distinct elements in any school: the learning process (focused on strictly academic services) and the administrative process (focused on strictly non-academic services).   The separation allows to research school administrative processes, using well established management practices and techniques. That approach was later used in the process to establish research framework as related to following issues.  1. Separating administrative elements when analyzing school environment and  functionality. 2.  Providing administrative services with diverse and flexible managerial options that would take into account preferences and choices.   3. Analyzing administrative process with BPR tools and methodology.  4. Creating a model of information lifecycle.  5. Within the overall framework of the school administration, deciding the various levels of information availability.
