本项目选择我国西部煤炭资源投资决策的实现途径为研究对象，以研究分析煤炭资源投资期权价值形成机理和影响因素（煤炭价格、利率、便利收益等）为突破口；以科学测算煤炭资源投入占用产出交互影响效应及其变动态势的数据信息为基础；以自然资源价值理论、实物期权定价理论和变点理论建立煤炭价格突变的投资决策多因素期权模型、利率突变的投资决策多因素期权模型、便利收益突变的投资决策多因素期权模型，从理论和实证两个层面分析模型对突变方式的敏感性程度。这些研究将为煤炭资源勘探、开发和深加工等项目的投资决策及实施中的科学管理提供理论和方法上的支持，进而以提出符合我国可持续发展要求的煤炭资源投资管理的实现途径与策略为目标。 |
