蓝藻水华释放的肝毒性代谢物微囊藻毒素(MCs)造成的饮用水污染已成为国内外普遍关注的环境问题。在前期研究多孔碳吸附与光催化降解MCs的基础上,通过三元共组装法,制备能高效吸附水中微量MCs、且能在可见光作用下催化再生的复合氧化物有序介孔碳。采用微结构表征技术分析制备过程中碳成分与氧化物晶体的相互作用机制,探明溶液pH、碳化温度及反应物比例等参数对复合碳材料孔径、有序性和催化活性的影响,并以正交实验法确定具有特定孔径与高催化活性的复合碳材料最佳制备条件。通过动力学吸附模型,研究MCs在不同孔径复合碳材料上的吸附行为;分析复合碳材料对MCs的光催化效率及再生性能,为高效去除水中微量MCs提供一种新的材料与方法,并为设计具有可见光催化活性的复合氧化物基介孔碳分子筛提供科学依据。

The contamination of drinking water caused by the hepatotoxic metabolites microcystins (MCs) from cyanobacterial bloom has become a domestic and international environmental issue of common concern. On the basis of the previous studies of the porous carbon adsorption and photocatalytic degradation of MCs, we employed the ternary synchronous-assembly approach to prepare the composite oxide--ordered mesoporous carbon, which can efficiently remove the micro amount MCs in water and can be catalytic and regenerative under visible light. Microstructure characterization was used to analyze the reciprocal mechanism of carbon and oxide crystals in preparation in order to work out the effects of such parameters as solution pH, carbonization temperature and reactant ratio to the aperture, order and catalytic activity of the composite carbon materials. Besides, we applied the orthogonal experiment to determine the best preparation conditions of the composite carbon materials that are of specific pore size and high catalytic activity. We studied by the kinetics adsorption model the adsorption behavior of composite carbon materials in different pore size and analyzed the photocatalytic efficiency and regeneration performance of composite carbon materials to MCs, providing a new material and method for high efficient removal of micro amount MCs in water as well as a scientific basis for the design of the complex oxide-based mesoporous carbon molecular sieve with visible light photocatalytic activity.
