昨天大修之后今天直接Decision in Process，有戏吗？为什么不找审稿人在看看？

之前两个审稿人，编辑意见如下：
can now inform you that the reviewers and editor have evaluated your manuscript. As you will see from the comments below and on http://ees.elsevier.com/wr/, publication in its present form is not recommended, and major revision is being requested.

Reviewer #1: The paper presents XXXXX(省略100字). Before the paper is accepted for publication the following issues need also to be clarified as well as the following corrections be made:

Reviewer #2: The paper by XXX et al deals with XXXXXXX. The performance of the system is moderate in comparison to those that presently exist in literature. The paper is generally well written and provides a novel approach to fluoride removal from water. However there are some unclear statements and lots of typing errors that must be corrected. In particular, the authors should consult language expert to help improve the paper. In same cases the intext citations are poorly done, for example, in page 6 (last line) the authors have a citation like et al., 2002.
