论文图片的说明文字如何上传？

小弟投一杂志，反复看投稿说明，没看明白论文图片的文字说明如何上传，是放在论文的后面？ The accompanying text should include information that relates to the subject illustrated in the images. The body of the text should be no longer than 750 words. No abstract is required. The text should include an introduction followed by a section describing the condition in the images and no more than three important references. Do not include any illustrations as part of your text file. Do not prepare any figures in Word as they are not workable. Label the figures and tables inside the files in addition to naming the file with the figure or table number. Thus when files are opened, the figure or table number will appear inside the file. 下划线的这几句怎么理解啊，请各位赐教，感激不尽！ |

意思是图片说明文字单独放一个word文档里上传？应该是一张图片配一个文字说明的word文件，这个word文件用图片的名字作为文件名，是否？ 是Journal of Endourology 这是投稿说明： http://www.liebertpub.com/products/manuscript.aspx?pid=32 辛苦兄弟看一下 |
