Undoped host cannot give out light under the 254nm excitation. Its photoluminescence was not investigated because it has not luminescent center. The excitation spectrun was not measuremented directly. So,we believe the additional measurement (undoped matrix) is not necessary. The reference can help to localized the host lattice absorption band. It is obvious that the chromaticity coordinates were slighly different under different excitation wavenlengths.
