摘要：应用近红外光谱仪投射光谱技术，通过光学处理、数据处理和改进偏最小二乘法Modify Partial least square regression（MPLS）分别建立了大豆油高磷含量范围（321-632mg/kg）和低含磷量范围（0-297 mg/kg）的数学模型，定标标准误差square error of cross（SEC）为2.420和2.512，定标决定系数the average determination coefficient of validation（R2）分别为0.992和0.980；经内部交互验证，交互定标标准误差the square error of cross validation （SECV）分别为2.538和2.678，外部验证，现有数据预测标准偏差the standard  error of prediction （SEP）分别为2.602和2.683。实验结果表明，该方法可以快速准确地用于大豆油中磷含量的检测。
