动机理论在高校思想政治教育工作激励方法中的应用 摘要：动机理论是组织行为学领域研究较多的一个课题，是行为科学管理理论的重要组成部分。它主要研究如何提高人的动机水平、提高工作积极性、激励人的潜能。高校思想政治教育工作的主体是人，对象也是人，因而如何启发人的自觉性、调动人的积极性、激发人的创造性，如何提高高校思想政治教育的效果，是高校思想政治教育工作中的重要问题。西方动机理论的研究成果，对我们如何提高高校思想政治教育工作有效性的问题无疑具有一定的借鉴价值，本文将着重从有效激励这一侧面来对这一问题展开探讨。 关键词：动机；动机理论；思想政治教育；激励方法 |
