MS安装后运行时出现的问题

MS安装后运行时出现如下问题，请问是什么原因？ Task terminated : Mon Aug 22 22:45:14 2011 Total CPU time used : 0 seconds ERROR: Check license - This feature is not available. A valid license is required to use it. Error: #-15 (LP 7.6.5) Cannot connect to license server system. The license server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet, the wrong [email=port@host]port@host[/email] or license file is being used, or the port or hostname in the license file has been changed.
