DCJTB with high concentration would produce more trapping sites, thus capture more electrons, resulting in the decrease of the current density.
2, The shift of the CIE along with the brightness was more obvious as the doping density of the DCJTB was higher. This may be because the high doping density of the DCJTB made more electrons be captured, which result in stronger Red emissions. The CIE almost did not change along with the brightness without doping DCJTB.
3, As to the LED, the common illumination range is of 10000-1000000. |
