这是另一部分:谢谢! 中文: 在分析刀具和工件的摩擦系数和力比及摩擦系数和最小切削厚度、最小切削厚度和表面粗糙度的关系的基础上,提出了动态最小切削厚度理论,并用原子力显微镜的金刚石针尖加工单晶铜、单晶铝,对动态最小切削厚度及基于动态最小切削厚度的超精密加工技术进行了实验验证。研究结果表明:最小切削厚度是随加工工件材质、刀具刃口半径、摩擦系数、力比及刀具钝化的变化而不断发展变化的。实验测得单晶铜、单晶铝在本次稳定的切削条件下最小切削厚度分别为5.2nm和8.2nm。进一步分别以切削厚度为5.2nm和8.2nm加工单晶铜和单晶铝,得到的表面粗糙度分别为Ra160nm及Ra110nm,这一结果和表面粗糙度理论计算结果接近。 自己修改的英文: The theory of DMTC was proposed basis on of relationship the friction coefficient, and the force ratio, and the MTC, and the surface roughness. Single crystal copper and single crystal aluminum were processed by AFM’s diamond tip, theory of DMTC and the ultra-precision technology based on DMTC were experimental verified. The results show, the DMTC is change with workpiece material, tool edge radius, friction coefficient, tool wear, and cutting force. The MTC of single-crystal copper(single crystal aluminum)is 5.2nm(8.2nm)in stable cutting conditions. Further processing single crystal copper(ingle crystal aluminum)with cutting thickness of 5.2nm (8.2nm), and the surface roughness Ra160nm(Ra110nm)is obtained.
