小弟即将出去做薄厚，被告诉带上The certificate of residence 可以免税？ The certificate of residence issued by the revenue authorities of China is needed to provide you a tax exemption while you are here . As far as I know, you are coming to ** for the first time, so if you bring the certificate of residence with you, you can get the tax exemption which is beneficial for you.
