| General Procedure for Diastereoselective Alkyne Addition (2). Lithium hexamethyldisilazide (LiHMDS) (1 M in THF, 4.4 mmol, 4.0 eq) was dissolved in anhydrous hexanes (20 mL) at −78 °C, the appropriate alkyne (4.4 mmol, 4.0 eq) was added, and the reaction was removed from the cold bath and stirred for 10 min, then recooled to −78 °C. Vacuum-dried resin 1 (800 mg, 1.11 meq, 1.0 eq) was swollen with THF (20 mL) for 10 min, then cooled to −78 °C and the lithium acetylide solution was added via cannula. The reaction was allowed to warm to RT with stirring over 24 h. The reaction was quenched with water (100 mL), then the resin was washed and dried to afford propargyl sulfinamides 2. |

Diastereoselective Alkyne 添加的一般过程（2）， Lithium hexamethyldisilazide (LiHMDS)（1 M in THF, 4.4 mmol, 4.0 eq）在−78 °C溶解于无水己烷中，添加适量的炔烃(4.4 mmol, 4.0 eq)，反应从冰浴中移出并搅拌10分钟，然后重新冷却到 −78 °C。真空干燥树脂 (800 mg, 1.11 meq, 1.0 eq)用四氢呋喃 (20 mL)浸泡10分钟，然后冷却到−78 °C 并通过插管加入乙炔锂。整个反应通过搅拌24小时使温度达到室温。用水 (100 mL)淬火反应，然后洗涤并干燥树脂来过滤propargyl sulfinamides 2。 那几个化学试剂不知道怎么翻译。 |
