The National Academies Press（NAP）免费电子图书

The National Academies Press (NAP) 是美国国家科学院下属的学术出版机构，主要出版美国国家科学院、国家工程院，医学研究所和国家研究委员会的报告。从1992年开始，计划将印刷本图书逐渐转化成电子图书。
　目前通过其主站点可以免费在线浏览2500多种电子图书，图书内容覆盖环境科学、生物学、医学、计算机科学、地球科学，数学和统计学，物理、化学、教育等诸多领域。电子图书采用PDF文档格式，保持了书的原貌，并提供网上免费浏览。还可以进行全文检索、打印（一次一页）。访问无需帐号和口令，也无需下载电子图书专用阅读软件。
进入后可以按学科分类浏览，也可以输入检索词，在书名或全文中检索。在每一本书中可以像阅读印刷本图书一样按目次和章节阅读，也可输入检索词进行全文检索，然后直接点击进入有关的章节或页面。

当然也包括了众多的食品方面的电子书，而且绝大部分是免费的。需要的赶紧行动吧！！！！！！！！！！

虽然能免费下载浏览绝大部分电子，要是想下载整本书，以前的话，就得注册一个账号，而且下载的书本数量也有一定的限制。
不过现在没有这个限制了，现在只要根据提示，进行几个简单的操作就可以无限制的下载上面的免费电子书。
具体方法如下：打开下面所列出的书链接，（当然也可以先打开NAP的首页，然后自己选择你所需要的电子书，在某本电子书的界面中），点击“Sign In To Download Free PDFs”后，点击后会出现一个填表框，有二个必填项：1.Email Address；2.What is your occupation；和1个选择项：Will you be reading this PDF for your work, or for personal pleasure only？；完毕后，即可下载正整本书了。只要你浏览器没有关闭，其他就不必重复上述操作了（我用的遨游浏览器，是这样的；但不知IE是否也是这样。）。
