第一次投SCI，今天接到审稿意见，不知道是修改后直接接收还是修改后还要去评审？谢谢各位大侠 下面是审稿意见： Dear XXX: I am pleased to inform you that your paper has been accepted for publication provided that you amend it according to the concerns raised in the review report given below. You should resubmit the paper when you have addressed these issues.
