是改投其它期刊还是修改下原论文再投JCA？

昨天论文被Journal of Chromatography A (JCA)(IF:4.194)编辑给拒掉了，一共四个审稿人，意见提了不少，下边是其中摘出的一些，各位虫友感觉是应该修改下投其它期刊还是修改下后把审稿人的意见逐一回复后再投JCA？谢谢各位！！！ Reviewer #1: .... .... Unless the authors could better explain the novelty of the present work the referee proposes to reject the paper. If editor decides for publication there are some minor remarks: 1, .... 2, .... .... .... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reviewer #2: .... ....
