我们公司专为企业找寻一些合适的职位人选，目前我们有一客户是一家美资企业，是全球首屈一指的不干胶标签材料生产商，为各种消费产品及标签材料提供创新的不干胶解决方案，现想找一位胶带方面的技术服务工程师，具体描述如下：

POSITION TITLE: Technical Service Engineer – Performance Tapes

LOCATION: Kunshan/Shanghai, P.R. China

REPORTS TO: ADPT-AP R&D manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Technically support the growth of electronic industrial tape business in Asia Pacific

• Technically support the commercial team for new customer and/or new application development with existing products

• Support R&D and commercial teams for new product launch

• Analyze the market trends and competitions, and support commercial team to identify the unmet needs of the market, and feedback to R&D for new product development opportunities

• Support R&D team to collect and understand customer requirements, and translate to CTQs

2. Provide technical service to existing business of electronic industrial tape in Asia Pacific

• Provide technical and application trainings internally and externally

• Support quality team for complaint handling and on-site customer trouble shooting

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor degree or above in material science or chemical engineering or equivalent

2. More than three years working experience in adhesive or tape industries. Experience of industrial tapes, especially electronic industrial tapes, is desired.

3.Good command of English
