Without money, Sutures were removed immediately after medical operation

A guy's fingers were cut badly in a restaurant. He hurried to the local government-own hospital, the 3rd hospital of Wuhan, for treatment. After the operation was done, the guy and his friends was shocked by the cost of treatment - RMB 1,830. They negotiated to hand in RMB 1,000 for the medical operation and refused by the hospital. At last the guy sutures and plaster were removed. The poor guy went to another hospital nearby for treatment. There the medical operation cost RMB 800. Later, the journalist contacted a doctor in the 3rd hospital of Wuhan. He said, the price of medical operation was approved by government. The price demanded by patient was too much low to agree.
