On the basis of the demand of software professionals in mining industry in China, this paper provided an analysis of the cultivation of software talents in mining industry in our colleges and universities, discussed the possible ways of its cultivation, and proposed four feasible talents training models to provide a reference for software talents cultivation. Abstract: In this article, the present training situation of the software talents was analyzed on the view of the demand for software talents in mining industry in our country. And the training line of software talents in mining universities was discussed. Moreover, we came up with four kinds of feasible personnel training modes so as to provide some references to broadening software talent training methods of mining industry in our country.
