第一次邮箱和系统里都有 reviewers' comments ，可是这次邮箱里没有，系统里没有。另外，系统里有原文，但和修改稿不是在一起的，主编怎么就不给个回信呢？我把上传的修改稿看了又看，也没有看到任何别人留下的痕迹啊

说的很清楚了，点开"Submissions with a Decision" 再点"View Reviewer Attachments"
可能是审稿人直接上传的意见，编辑没有整理给你，让你自己下载
你打开 "Submissions with a Decision" ，然后截个图让我们分析下
