[求助] 询问编辑是什么意思？

下面是编辑来信原稿，一点未动，为什么评审人意见没有？编辑是什么意思？本人没有经验，请有经验的高手指点，十分感谢！

It is not the responsibility of the technical reviewers or editors to correct the English.  Your paper will be much more widely read if the language is correct.  That is, after all, the purpose of publishing.
