Journal of production research 的copyright transfer怎么填？

1.关于“your status”，我填：The copyright in the Article belongs to my employer (is a ‘work made for hire’) and I am granting licence to publish as an authorized representative of my employer。对吗？ 2.关于”Funding“，我填”The research reported in the Article was funded by a third party other than the US National Institutes of Health“并在Name of third party funder(s)写论文致谢中的资助单位，对吗？ 3.关于签名中的”title and company（if employer representative)",我应该填什么？我就一学生，是什么title啊？ 谢谢各位虫友。 附上图。  |
