It has been reported that the material of （这个不要）ZrO2 is capable of forming covalent bond with the phosphate group of DNA [25],and（这个不要）meanwhile the high isoelectric points (IEP) of CeO2 (IEP∼9.2) [17] ZrO2 (IEP ~8) [26] make being （不要）it favorable for the CeO2–ZrO2 nanospheres to electrostatically bind with ssDNA (IEP ~4.2). So besides the excllent electrocataytic(electrocatalystic) ability of CeO2–ZrO2, it might also (possess the function)be applied for the tight immobilization of DNA. In this work, when CS–CeO2–ZrO2/Au was immersed into(in) 2.0 mL TE solution containing 1.63×10–6 M of S1 for 1 h and then rinsed with TE buffer, it was obviously found that。。。。。。
