Sci论文被拒，帮忙分析原因： The journal is currently receiving a tremendous volume of incoming submissions and it's impossible for the Editors to handle every paper. As a result we have had to turn away authors, some of whom have a long history publishing in the journal. This is by no means a scientific judgment on your paper. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We are working to resolve this matter quickly and appreciate your understanding. In the meantime, we have resorted to sending back some submissions as they arrive, to spare you any delay in finding an alternate publication outlet for your work. I hope you will understand this is a temporary measure. I want to apologize again for your recent experience, which I hope will not tarnish your view of the journal. We expect to be back in full service soon. |
