最近手头有一篇文章要找期刊投，看上了IJICIC这个期刊，但不知道这期刊版面费怎么算的。
IJICIC官网上是这么写的：

The International Journal of Innovative Computing, Information and Control (ISSN 1349-4198) is published 12 times a year.
Library/Institutional/Individual Rates:
Hard copy (Printing): JPY66,000
CD: JPY33,000
Hard copy with CD: JPY90,000
The charge includes postage, packing, handling and surface delivery of all issues.
请教投过IJICIC的前辈，这期刊版面费到底是多少？能不能只选CD？这样（33000日元）换算起来不到3000人民币，这样录取后能被SCI检索吗？要是所有都要得7000多，太贵了啊！ 到底是什么情况？
还有这期刊的论文哪里能下到啊？官网上只有第一页..... |
