猎头公司搜寻薄膜研发部门经理

我们公司专为企业找寻一些合适的职位人选,目前我们有一客户是一家美资企业,是全球首屈一指的不干胶标签材料生产商,为各种消费产品及标签材料提供创新的不干胶解决方案,现想找一位薄膜方面的研发人员,具体描述如下: Function: Research and Development Job Title: Sr. Research Scientist, Film Reports To: Material Expertise Manager, NRC Supervises: No one Key Responsibities: Track new film technology and product by working closely with film experts , and interacting with a broad exterior including key suppliers, academic institute and adjacent industry Be the key contact person for AP businesses regarding film technology. The main counterparts will be Regional Marketing, Regional Procurement, and Regional Product Development team. By close collaboration with AP business team, generate technology initiatives and validate at market through feasibility study and prototypes to identify long term technology platform. Be the key person in leading AP film technology platform. Proactive in issuing technical guidelines for the film products, like control strategies and limits. Proactive in training NRC and regional resources on film technology. Note that this may involve getting global resources to assist in the training effort. Assist in the evaluation of alternate suppliers. This includes the creation of material specifications and testing of materials against these specification. Note that this work will be done in close cooperation with the Regional Procurement organization in HK. Assist in developing the Regional strategy and tactics for film related products. Creates awareness of the related component technology opportunities. Lead specific projects to support the efforts mentioned above. Qualifications: Master degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemical or Polymer Sciences. Minimum 5 years experience in product development with proven deliver records. Experience with film and related resin (including but not limited to, PE, PP, PET, PVC,) is a must. Excellent communication, interaction skills. Strong proficiency in English. Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams and willingness to be a team player. demonstrate technical leadership in team games and proved record of successful leading.
