猎头公司搜寻薄膜研发人员（Project Leader）

我们公司专为企业找寻一些合适的职位人选，目前我们有一客户是一家美资企业，是全球首屈一指的不干胶标签材料生产商，为各种消费产品及标签材料提供创新的不干胶解决方案，现想找一位薄膜方面的研发人员，具体描述如下： Function: Research and Development Job Title: Senior Research Scientist (Project Leader) Reports To: R&D Team Leader/ Manager Supervise: No Key Responsibities: Responsible for driving challenging R&D projects in the related field across multiple divisions and multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region. Lead multi-functional project teams, coordinate pilot and plant trials, gather and analyze data associated with all technology aspects of the project through statistical methodology. Determine logical next steps and recommend actions to the project team and management. Organize and execute R&D activities according to New Product Introduction (NPI) process, involving the use of the appropriate Project Management tools and Databases. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or above in Material Science, Chemical or Chemical Engineering, or other relevant fields. Minimum 2 years experience in New Product Development with proven records of project delivery. Good communication, organization, interaction skills. Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams and willingness to be a team player, demonstrate technical leadership in team work and proved record of successful leading. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to translate customer needs into product specifications. Proficient in use of statistical tools to do data analysis. Desired: Experience in film or PSA industry or relevant fields is highly desirable Training or experience in implementing new processes across multiple functions is very desireable. Experience with New Product Development or New Product Introduction processes also desireable. Green Belt certified is a plus.
