最近在准备面试 觉得本文不错 与虫虫共享 已搜索，无重复 希望自己面试顺利，you，too  注：由于系统限制贴出内容不全，有附件 英文应聘问题大全 想找一份满意的工作吗?面试中面对外国老板连珠炮似的提问,有没有觉得心慌意乱、无所适从？求职过程中面试尤为重要，回答问题，如果能简明扼要，真诚中肯，合乎老外口味，那么录取机会必定大大增加。当然，有的问题，也要轻描淡写，以免言多必失。本篇摘录了若干面试中出现频率较高的问题及精彩回答，希望能在您求职路上助您一臂之力。 Q：Can you sell yourself in two minutes？Go for it.（你能在两分钟內自我推荐吗？大胆试试吧！） A：With my qualifications and experience, I feel I am hardworking,responsible and diligent in any project I undertake. (不能接受新思想的那些心态。) 外企各大类型题考察意图烂熟于心，英文面试易如反掌。 1 Tell me about yourself 这是面试官惯用的开场白。千万不要长篇大论背诵简历。你可以在这时将最突出的优点概括性地总结，并引导面试官向你早已准备好的方面发问。 2 What types of prospective job tasks do you enjoy the most？Which prospective job tasks do you least care to do﹖ 主要考察应聘者会否对工作中的很多地方感到厌倦；另外还考察你对自己的喜好是否诚实，你是否了解这份工作的基本职责；你是否认识到任何职业都会包含一些枯燥无味的日常工作。 3 What is your greatest weakness﹖ 不要把那些明显是优点的品行当成缺点说，这种落入俗套的方式早已被面试官厌倦。可以说一些对于你应聘这个职位没有影响的缺点，对于那些在面试中已经表现出的明显弱点，你可以利用这个问题加以弥补，显示你早已意识到，并且正在改进，已经取得了较大进展。 4 What do you plan to be doing five years from now﹖ 主要考察你的职业目标是否符合公司的要求；这份职业是否是你达到目的的合理选择；你是否有继续发展的热情；你的野心是否和这份职业的要求相契合；你的发展潜力有多大。如果你应聘大企业，千万不要提你想创业，如果应聘小企业，这倒是个合理的回答。 5 What college subjects did you like best and least﹖ Why﹖ 这个问题用来发现应聘者是怎样类型的人。即使你喜爱的课程与专业无关，也要表现出它对你申请的工作有所帮助。 6 What is your class rank and your grade point﹖ Why are your grades so low﹖如果你的成绩不好，你要准备好适当的解释。 7 What are your interests on outside work﹖ What campus or community activities have you been involved in﹖ 列举主要的一两个兴趣爱好即可，强调自己有很多兴趣爱好容易使人怀疑你有多少时间用来工作，还可能导致面试官对你的夸大其词的厌恶。 8 What adjectives would you use to describe yourself﹖ 无论词藻华丽与否，一定要体现自身的特点，并且与众不同。务必为每个词准备好具体的例子。 9 How do you deal with someone in your group who isn’t pulling his or her weight or disagree with your goals﹖ 考察你的团队合作能力和领导能力。用激励代替批评。回想那些你试图鼓励他人，并使他改变初衷，转为赞同你的观点的例子。 10，What position do you normally take on a team﹖ 考察你的团队合作技巧。不要把自己形容为一个跟随者或是领导者。公司希望你在团队合作中不懂时提出问题，必要时帮助他人，承担责任，做出贡献。好的合作者在团队中的角色是动态的。 11 Tell me what you’re most proud of on your experiences﹖ 这个问题几乎是每一位求职者必然面对的问题，最好挑选能够体现公司希望看到的素质的事例。 12 What is the worst mistake you’ve ever made﹖ 千万不要提那些人生污点，任何公司都会敬而远之。可以讲述一个有价值的教训，最好发生在很久以前，强调你从中学到现在，它如何影响你的今后发展。 宝洁八大核心面试题 以下是宝洁公司人力资源专家精心设计的八大核心问题，当然也是其他大公司通常关注的热点问题。 1.Describe an instance where you set your sights on a high/demanding goal and saw it through completion. 举例说明，你如何制定了一个很高的目标，并且最终实现了它。 2.Summarize a situation where you took the initiative to get others going on an important task or issue and played a leading role to achieve the results you wanted. 简述你曾主动领导他人完成的一项艰巨任务。 3.Describe a situation where you had to seek out relevant information define key issues and decide on which steps to take to get the desired results. 请详细描述一个情景，在这个情景中你必须搜集相关信息，划定关键点，并且决定依照哪些步骤能够达到所期望的结果。 4.Describe an instance where you made effective use of facts to secure the agreement of others. 举例说明你是怎样用事实促使他人与你达成一致意见的。 5.Give an example of how you worked effectively with people to accomplish an important result. 举例证明你可以和他人合作，共同实现一个重要目标。 6.Describe a creative/innovative idea that you produced which led to a significant contribution to the success of an activity or project. 举例证明，你的一个创意曾经对一个项目的成功起到至关重要的作用。 7.Provide an example of how you assessed a situation and achieved good results by focusing on the most important priorities. 请举例，你是怎样评估一种情况，并将注意力集中在关键问题的解决。 8.Provide an example of how you acquired technical skills and converted them to practical application.
