It is clear that the Hall mobility increase as the peak intensity ratio of (400) to (222) is increased from 100 to 300. The Hall mobility decrease as the ratio of (400) to (222) is decreased from 300 to 350. 请教高手 我想表达的 意思是 “ 随着衬底温度从100升到300,(400) to (222)的比值增加,从而导致了霍尔迁移率的增加,随着衬底温度从300升到350,(400) to (222)的比值减小,从而导致了霍尔迁移率的减小”请问如何把“衬底温度”加进去,还有就是怎么避免重复这样写感觉重复了。谢谢大家 |
