请大家帮我看看编辑是什么意思

我前一段时间投了一篇文章， 由于比较忙，而且期刊级别较高，刚开始没有回信，后来就忘记了，最近编辑来了两份邮件内容如下，大家帮我看看是什么意思，怎么回复编辑。 没有满足杂志的要求，为什么还要我论述？是让我修改稿件吗？ 先谢谢大家！ Dear Mrs ########, Recently we returned your submission "###############文章名" to you as it failed to meet a number of technical requirements. Would you please let us know if these issues have been addressed and when we may expect to receive your submission? With kind regards, |

谢谢三楼。 我猜如果是退稿，编辑可能就不会回信了。下面是回信。 是不是说内容没有问题，我需要修改语言。 Please note that the paper has been returned to you in order to have it meet our technical requirements. The detailed instructions on this were mentioned in the letter which we sent on April 18 and are copied below (blue bold). Thus you don’t need to change the manuscript from the scientific point of view. |
