| Viewed from saccharification liquid separately, the enzyme activity and its glycoside hydrolysis transfer activity showed a positive correlation, that is, high α-glucosidase hydrolysis activity meant the high glycosides transfer activity. However, on the face of it, lactose and waste liquor of molasses alcohol greatly stimulated the hydrolytic activity of the enzyme, the essence of which was that some activating factors in lactose and waste liquor of molasses alcohol could induce the synthesis of most strains of the enzyme. The enzyme thus showed a strong hydrolytic activity to reaction substrate PNPG. |
