5楼的翻译似乎不妥，又进行了修改，哎，非要重新发帖，不能在原帖上修改，很麻烦...... The structural change of film from 111 to 100 is also regarded as the change of activation energy. The rise in substrate temperature could help reduce the oxygen content, thus increase the oxygen vacancies which will in turn enhance the ion mobility and facilitate the ion diffusion in film. |
