投完摘要了这个是嘛意思？

今天收到邮件 2011 Annual Meeting Authors - Now's the Time to Submit Your Paper/Extended Abstract! 摘要早就投完了，准备去presentation的 这个是要投全文吗？不知道这个让提交是干嘛用的，要收录全文吗？不提交行不行呢？提交了全文是不是就不可以再写成小论文发表在别处了？ Congratulations again on having your paper accepted for AIChE's 2011 Annual Meeting taking place October 16-21, 2011 in Minneapolis, MN! This is quite an accomplishment and we look forward to your presentation. We invite all authors, both Topical Conference and Non-Topical Conference authors to submit their "presentation records" to be included on the 2011 Annual Meeting Conference CD-ROM and online proceedings. The CDs will be available at the meeting for $95 and will also be available via the Annual Meeting registration form. ***TO SUBMIT YOUR PRESENTATION RECORD (EXTENDED ABSTRACT OR PAPER), you must upload it via the link below by midnight ET Monday, August 22, 2011*** If you do nothing, your meeting abstract will be used. The "presentation record" can be either an extended abstract or full manuscript. Your programming group or topical conference chair may have specific requirements for length and format. If you do not submit a presentation record, AIChE will use the meeting abstract that appears in the on-line meeting program, i.e. the abstract you submitted as part of the Proposal-to-Present process.
