[求助] 金属催化辅助制备ZnO及TiO2纳米线

(1) Au作为催化剂化学气象法制备ZnO纳米线的文章有挺多,不过没见过TiO2的,是TiO2不需要金属催化剂就能长吗?
(2) 对于金属催化ZnO纳米线来说,原理是用Zn源与Au合金化才能形成催化效果,有没有直接用ZnO源的呢?
最好例举相关文献,谢谢。

我以前专门做过TiO2 纳米线 的CVD生长,费了很大气力,只有几次成功的例子,重复性很差,不过成功的几次形貌和晶型都不错,纯金红相,现在想来,如果使用PECVD一类大马力机器可能好做不少

氧化锌纳米线直接用氧化锌做源可以参照我发展的方法

No. carbon works just as some favorite site for the nuclation of ZnO. ZnO nanowires grow by a self-catalyst mechanism. You can read the papers for some idea... good luck

Many thanks! Your works are interesting. Actually I was studying the metal catalyst for TiO2 nanostuctures.
