本公私拟招聘有机合成研究员8人要求如下：
1. Major responsibilities will include the synthesis, purification of novel chemical entities. Sets up and simultaneously performs multiple laboratory chemical reaction experiments of various types. Interacts with production operators to ensure process scale up smoothly.
2. Works independently on short term and long term assignments of varying complexity. .
3. Maintains a detailed and clear record of lab work in a laboratory notebook.
Summarize lab work in written reports or summaries when applicable.
4. Maintains a safe and clean working environment. This includes cleaning lab benches, fume hoods glassware, and related equipment, and maintaining safety equipment. Adheres to all safety rules including the safe handling of chemicals.
