刚投就被拒稿，请高手帮忙分析一下

小弟昨天刚投了一个期刊（SCI三区，IF=1.7），大概15分钟后就进入“Manuscripts with Decisions “状态了，我顿时感觉情况不妙。打开一看，“Reject - Inappropriate”，哎，被据稿了。 据稿信上是这么写的：Thank you for thinking of Drying Technology for your manuscript entitled "·····." Unfortunately, due to a severe page limitation and high manuscript flow, the journal must balance the subject matter of manuscripts that can eventually be accepted for peer review. On behalf of the Editor-in-Chief, I regret to have to advise you to seek an alternative journal to publish your work at this time. Please be rest assured that this decision is not based on the technical merit of your work and I hope the outcome of this specific submission will not discourage you from the submission of future manuscripts. 请高手帮忙看一下这是怎么回事？另外，第二段话中，编辑让我投其它的期刊，没有写改后重投的话，我是不是没有希望再投该期刊呢？写一篇文章真不容易，好不容易自认为找到了一个对口的期刊，没想到还没送审都被据了！ |
