| 本课题组在研究突变株发酵法制备A过程中，发现当A产量达到一个峰值后，会迅速降解，发酵液中B含量会有较大幅度上升，这种不规律转化机制未能研究清楚，本研究试图通过分离纯化突变株发酵生产A过程中重要酶C来研究A不规律转化机制，以期为后期A发酵生产提供参考。 |

| During the process of preparation A by mutations fermentation, it showed that A degraded rapidly when the production of A reached a peak value/maximum value while the content of B in fermentation liquor increased substantially. The irregular transformation mechanism has not been explained clearly , so the research attmpted to study the irregular transformation mechanism of A with separating and purifying the significant enzyme C during the producing of A. |
