I have made a decision to lose some weight a long time ago,i insisted for some time and lost about four or five kilograms.But since then my weight have been really stable for a long time and i was really clement to myself since i got a little upset when i found that i have not lost any pound after eating no supper for almost one week.But i am still not what i want myself to be and fat.I should go on fighting with my weight. And i should write a thesis,i shoud not talk about it now.It makes me feel bad. Best wishes to everyone and have a nice holiday! |
