China. The conference will continue the excellent tradition of gathering world-class researchers, engineers and educators engaged in the fields of Information and Electronics Engineering to meet and present their latest activities. You are cordially invited to attend this interesting event. All accepted papers will be published in international journal "Procedia Engineering" (ISSN:1877-7058, Scopus and Ei Compendex). This conference is co-sponsored by Harbin University of Science and Technology and International Science and Engineering Research Center, and it is technical co-sponsored by Harbin Engineering University, Northeast Forestry University, Harbin Normal University, HeiLongJing University, Northeast Petroleum University and Harbin University.
