The research of the enzymatic properties of A, B and their influence on the intestinal flora and serum were utilized to determine the impact on the body of A, B and their best application conditions.
The turbidimetric method was used to test the activity of enzmy A, by using Micrococcus as a substrate; the change of blood serum and impact of intestinal contents on intestinal flora were acquired through animals test.
The optimum temperature, optimum pH and Km of A were 40 ℃, 6.0 and 3.33 × 102 mg / L, respectively; while for B were 45 ℃, 6.0 and 1.43 × 102mg / L, respectively. A, B are thermal stability, but instability in alkaline conditions. Common metal ions would inhibit the activity of A, B. In addition, A, B can reduce harmful intestinal bacteria in different levels and increase the growth of beneficial bacteria, in the meanwhile, both of them can increase total protein content of serum and reduce the blood urea nitrogen, triglycerides and cholesterol.
All in all, A, B can be used as food additives, regulate the body's intestinal flora, strengthen health and improve the effectiveness of cardiovascular health. |
