Air Your Teeth

    I got this saying from a friend of mine. He said he aired his teeth everyday. I was confused at first. Did he open his mouth wide open and expose his teeth in the sun everyday? Did teeth need a sunburn to sterilize or bleach. Unbelievable. Then he jokingly told me that to air your teeth was just a metaphor of laugh. So dull I was then and what a wonderful anatomy.

    When we laugh, we bare our teeth. The toothy smiles indicate that we're happy and also give out a positive hint. Then happiness spreads and the people around are infectious too. Please you, please me, what great virus of happiness. So why not make it a practise to air your teeth?

    Frown and you frown alone, but smile and the whole world smiles with you. Smiles can bring happiness, health, friends, success and a longer life. Just as the saying goes a smile prolongs life. Smiles make you feel good. A smile is an inexpensive way to change your looks. Beyond that, smiles also make others feel good, you can win trust and rapport. Smiling is the cure to depression. The more you smile, the happier you will be. Smiling is a good long-term predictor of happier life outcomes.

    To laugh or not, it's your own choice. But it does cost nothing to air your teeth. Why not make use of the cheapest way to gain the greatest happiness in life?
