[交流] Got sick.

Caught a bad cold. Coughed seriously and sneezing, and had a stomache. I'm not feeling quite well, a little fever and a little bit dizzy.Poor me, seldom have I gotten sick. But it just came to me without any prediction this time.
Hope I will recover soon.

drink more hot water and have a good rest!

you can eat some porridge but avoid some fatty food and the cool fruits.

at night, don't cool your belly and cover the blanket when you sleep!
