1. Job content • Support in new resin synthesis and development, performance test and structure characterization • Execute agreed research projects/experiments, support in data collecting, analyzing and documentation, report experiment results • Operate and perform preventive maintenance to the equipment in the lab • Strictly follow company’s safety health environmental (SHE) policies and other legal requirements • Follow DSM Values, People, Plant, Profit, HR policies 2. Knowledge and educational level • Master degree in material science or chemistry, preferably in polymer material major • Strong hands on capability, knowledge of polyester, epoxy or polyurethane is preferred • Fluent spoken and written English • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for data entry and manipulation 3. Required level of experiences • 2 years lab experience in the business of performance materials • Good team work spirit |
